In partnership with Steam Generation, our partners in Southern Africa, we have re-engineered our famous Coalmaster range of boilers to suit the needs of the local market. The boilers are supplied as a complete package including MK4 chain grate stoker, grit arrestor, trolleys, ID & FD fans, ducting, sootblowers, feedwater pumps, control panel, Optiflame plc automated control, automatic TDS controller system and all necessary valves and fittings in accordance with EN12953 code and the demands of the local market.
The incorporation of the latest combustion automation aims at optimising the cost of raising steam. Reduced coal usage of 12% is common with this technology, and reductions in excess of 20% have been recorded.
Steam Generation will complement the boiler supply with a full range of local installation, water treatment and after-care service packages.
