Cochran Boiler Showcased In BBC 2 Documentary about Clyde Puffers & The Vital Spark's Restoration

These Puffers were described as the life blood of Scotland and helped to transform and connect communities around the world and we are delighted to be linked to the restoration project.

Cochran has been involved in restoring another famous Puffer, on which was the origional Cochran boiler was manufactured over 70 years ago was condemned after inspection and Cochran were tasked to manufacture a new more efficient replacement using the old ...shell as a template.
