If you find yourself in a breakdown situation don’t worry, we are here to help. We have an emergency hotline which is manned by a Duty Manager 24/7, 365 days of the year. With the largest experienced service team in the UK, we can offer a fast response at competitive rates. Our Engineers are located all over the UK so there will likely be one local to your site. Please note that while we try to accommodate all calls, customers with service contracts will get priority.

Cochran can support any type of boiler, combustion equipment and boiler house ancillaries throughout their working lives to help ensure efficient and reliable operation.

The support offered includes Service Contracts, Insurance Survey Preparation and Breakdown. All of these would be individually tailored to meet your site requirements and preferences.

Service can be scheduled via the Cochran Support Desk, who, in liaison with our Senior Technical Support Engineers, manage, our engineering workload to ensure an efficient service and a prompt response in emergency situations is offered at all times.

Cochran scale and experience means we can offer our customers the best service, with the best engineers with the site-specific tailoring giving customers confidence that their boiler plant is being run efficiently with maximum reliability for the best value for money.

Choose to become one of our valued service customers which will give you guaranteed number of service visits per year (per your agreement), 24 hour engineer response and discounted spares parts.

Annual Insurance Survey Preparation, a valve overhaul and boiler cleaning requirements vary tremendously from boiler to boiler, we arrange these on a case-by-case basis in line with your insurer's recommendations. These are additional to the standard survey scope.
