design and engineering teams in our factory in Annan to further assist.
If you are a Cochran Service Contract Customer, you will receive a
priority breakdown response to ensure that should your plant have
problems. A duty manager will be available 24 hours a day to speak to
and an engineer will be onsite as quickly as possible. Our service
contract customers should call the Support Desk (number provided with
your service contract) 24x7 for emergencies.
Please note that while we try to accommodate all calls, customers with service contracts will get priority at busy times.
