Boilerhouse Risk Assessment

Duration: 1 day
Cost: £395 (+ VAT)
Can be delivered on customer site maximum 8 delegates £2350 (+ VAT)

Who should attend?

BG01 has become recognised as industrial best practice for steam and hot water boilers and highlights the legal requirement to carry out a “Technical Boilerhouse Risk Assessment” under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations. This course enables the delegate to develop a logical approach to assess all the key components of the boilerhouse system. Combining the latest legislative requirements and industry guidance with practical experience, Cochran will help the delegate identify potential risks and areas of improvement appropriate to the delegates site.

What will the delegate learn?

The delegate will gain a better understanding of the principles in risk assessment using the INDG436 to identify and understand the requirements of BG01, and BG03 and associated legislation.  By carrying out a risk assessment around a boilerhouse, the delegate will use the specific requirements for conducting a boilerhouse risk assessment
