Cochran are very proud of Joel Bailey, Apprentice Service Engineer, who after a great application and successful interview process has been shortlisted for the ICOM Apprentice of the Year Award 2019. Members of the Senior Management Team will travel with Joel to the Awards Ceremony which is held in the RAF Club in London.
Martin Renton, Service Manager says that Joel is a very personable young man who has the makings of a great Service Engineer. He is delighted that Joel’s hard work and dedication to Cochran has been recognised thus far.
Joel chipped in “My typical week consists of travelling to multiple customer sites, assisting a Senior Service Engineer, learning how to commission and carry out repairs, modifications and upgrades to the boilers. I enjoy getting to experience a range of different real working environments”, adding “It feels good to work for such a famous manufacturer”.
The Company is proud to support our Apprentice Service Engineers as they develop their skills. In years to come we’re sure they’ll become well-respected members of our excellent network of Service Engineers, adding to an already unrivalled national network that is the envy of our competition
