Cochran Group Ltd are closely monitoring developments with regard to the Coronavirus (Covid-19). Our number one priority is the safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers.
We have already put measures in place to be able to continue servicing our customers and presently we do not envisage any interruption to our manufacturing and service support. We have robust plans in place to maintain good stock and spare part levels and are confident in our ability to provide our usual high level of service.
Our employees are being continually briefed and updated following the daily developments in government guidelines. In working with our employees, several measures have been taken to minimise the risk of spreading the virus. These include:
· Extra hygiene facilities placed within our offices and manufacturing areas
· Participation in external meetings have been postponed
· Internal meetings are being curtailed with employees being asked to minimise contact with colleagues
· We are limiting external visitors to our main office with only essential, business critical visitors being considered for the time being
· Our first line of communication with customers, colleagues and suppliers is through Conference calls
Whilst the situation continues to develop and the extent of disruption remains uncertain, we will continually monitor the measures we have put in place all in an attempt to continue servicing our customers at this difficult time.
Thank you for your ongoing support
