Niall Smith Sales Engineer gains SVQ

Niall Smith, Sales Engineer has recently completed his Modern Apprenticeship (MA) Level 3.  Niall has been with Cochran nearly 4 years, joining in October 2017 as a Trainee Sales Engineer and is a valued part of the Cochran team.

To gain his MA, Niall was given 1-2 hours study time per day, when workload permitted, to gather and collate his evidence in multiple formats including written, recorded and by video link for his Assessor. Due to the COVID Pandemic, some of this was tricky to produce but Niall was able to overcome the challenge.

Niall comments “Cochran has been very generous to myself in the way of putting me through my SVQ Business & Administration Level 2 & 3 as well as putting me through internal training courses. I have enjoyed my time here at Cochran so far and I look forward to seeing what the future here holds for me.”
